The following services / items may be ordered by filling out the relevant forms: Additional Furniture And Graphics - Video Equipment - Telephone, Internet, It Equipment - Material Handling – Cleaning - Stand Staffing / Porterage – Catering - Additional Parking Passes - “All Risks” Insurance Coverage

Dates for setup and dismantling
Exhibitors may customise their stand on:
- 31 March and 1 April: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- 3 April: 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- 4 April: 7 a.m. to midday to finish off the stand interiors
Dismantling is scheduled for
- 8 April: 8.30 p.m. to midnight
- 10 April: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Venue vehicle access for setup and dismantling will follow a specific schedule to be announced in an ad hoc circular.
How to access the event
Each Exhibitor is entitled to 5 badges and a free car park pass valid on all 5 Event days
All badges and passes will be ready for pick up at the Show Reception; proof of full payment by wire transfer bearing the CRO number must be produced or alternatively full payment can be made by cheque on site.
All stand personnel will have access to their booth one hour prior to Show opening and can leave the Show half an hour after Show closing.
