Dates for setup and dismantling

Exhibitors may customize their stand on:

• 13-14 April: from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
•  16 April:from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm to complete internal set-up & decorations

Dismantling schedule:

• 21 April: from 10:00 pm to midnight
• 23 April: from  7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Vehicle access to the venue for all set-up and dismantling operations will be scheduled separately and will be announced with a specific document
